1. How can I track my order? 🚀

Once your mission starts (when your order ships), you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can enter that number directly on our [Track Your Gear] page to see exactly where your pixels are.

Note: It may take 3-5 days for the tracking information to update in the system.

2. How long will it take to get my gear? 📦

To keep our designs unique and our shipping free worldwide, we ship directly from our specialized fulfillment centers.

USA: 5 - 15 Business Days.

International: 10 - 20 Business Days.

Quality takes time, but we promise it’s worth the wait!

3. Do you offer a warranty? 🛡️

Yes! We offer a 14-day protection for any item that arrives damaged or defective. Just send us a video or photo evidence to hello@urbanpixelclub.com, and we will handle the refund process. Please note we do not offer returns for accidental purchases or "change of mind."

4. Is the setup easy for my gaming console? 🎮

Most of our accessories (microphones, keyboards, and mice) are Plug & Play, meaning they work instantly with PC, Mac, and most consoles (PS4/PS5/Xbox). Check the specific "Technical Specs" section on each product page to confirm compatibility with your setup.

5. Can I cancel or change my order? ⚡

We process orders fast! You have 12 hours after placing your order to request any changes or cancellations. Once the order enters the "fulfillment mission" and is shipped, we cannot stop the process.
