Your gear is protected by the Urban Pixel Club guarantee.
⏳ 14-Day Protection Period
We offer a dedicated 14-day warranty starting from the day your tracking number shows "Delivered". This covers items that arrive damaged, defective, or non-functional.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
- ✅ Claims must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
- ✅ Must include clear photographic or video evidence of the issue.
- ⚠️ Note: We do not accept returns for buyer errors (wrong color/size selected) or "change of mind".
2. Return Conditions
If a return is authorized, the product must be sent back in its original condition, exactly as you received it. This includes:
- Original branded packaging
- Manuals, cables, and all accessories
- No signs of physical damage or external modification
3. Shipping & New Jersey Returns
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable.
Important: Do not send the item back to the warehouse address on the label. We will provide you with our verified New Jersey (USA) return address once your claim is approved.
